Brief Description:

Dave Hollaway, M.Sc., A/C, ARM, AASI, NASA Johnson Space Center, will give a general overview of how an aircraft accident investigator approaches light general aviation mishap investigation, including the process and tools used to determine proximate and root causation.  The presentation includes a light twin mishap with three fatalities and two survivors.  The CREEP model of aircraft mishap survivability is also discussed.

This presentation will last approximately 1.5 hours.
