Most commonly taught theories of accident and mistake prevention in aviation are only partially correct and have limited value in preventing other future accidents and mistakes. Learn the proven science behind the number one cause of most big errors and the other top two contributing reasons. The biggest surprise is how most modern business practices cause them. Attendees will leave with a real plan and steps to follow to make the shop and technicians safer and much more productive.
