Meet the SSA Instructors who can award these badges and get help making a plan to complete one or more of these badges at the seminar. Learn about how to plan for and complete the FAI Silver or Gold badges. Learn how to be an Official Observer (OO) for the FAI badges. Meet mentors who can help the more advanced seminar participants plan and complete the duration and cross country flights required. Explore the Anne Morrow Lindberg Trophy and Virginia Schweizer Trophy. Hear from women who will share their experiences and adventures while working to achieve these milestone

Cathy Williams is President of WSPA and Chief Flight Instructor for the Mid-Atlantic Soaring Association in Pennsylvania. She began soaring at age 16, obtaining her CFIG rating 30 years later, and presently has over 2200 hours in gliders.
