Every year, the FAA recognizes those individuals who have made a significant contribution to general aviation. However, we cannot properly honor and recognize these individuals without your help!
We at the FAASTeam are accepting nominations for the General Aviation Awards Programs which are available in four categories: CFI of the year, Maintenance Tech of the year, Avionics Tech of the year, and FAASTeam Representative of the year. If you know an individual who you feel is deserving on this honor, we ask you to submit a nomination. Please go to www.faasafety.gov where you will find the application materials, just go to the "Pilots" tab or the "Maintenance Hangar" tab at the top of the page and click on the "Awards" link to find the application materials. Then send the completed application packages to one of the following:
