• From July 11 to September 13 the RWY 31 MALSR will be out of service.
• Pilots should be aware of construction in the vicinity of the approach end of RWY 31.
• Pilots should use extreme caution due to increased approach minimums while the MALSR is out of service.
• Practice approaches to RWY 13/31 will not be approved while the RWY31 MALSR construction project is active.
RWY 13/31 will be closed at night at various times. See NOTAMS for details.
