Fly in or drive in. Simulators will be open to participants.  This will be a very informative meeting for improving take offs and landings. Be sure to register by Oct 31 st or you can't get on the Base.

SUBJECT:  Columbus AFB Civil Fly-In Registration

 

1.  Thank you for your interest in the 2010 Columbus AFB Civil Fly-In.  This is a wonderful opportunity for learning and sharing of knowledge between civilian and military aviators.  We look forward to the opportunity to host you and provide you with some information on how we do business.  The tentative schedule of events for Saturday, 13 November 2010, will be:

 

0630 – 0730    Arrival  

0800 – 0915    Welcome/Safety Briefings     

0930 – 1430    Tour RAPCON (ATC)/Aerospace Physiology/T-6/T-38 Simulators

1430 – 1700    Depart/Aircrafts tour

 

 *All participants must depart Columbus AFB no later than 1800         

 

2.  Enclosed are registration forms that we must have completed and on file before you will be allowed access to the base or to land at our facilities.  We have enclosed information on arrival and departure procedures for flyers and directions for drive-in guests.  Please plan accordingly and direct any questions or comments to: 14FTWCIVILFLY@gmail.com  or (662) 434-2525.

 

Please return the completed following forms no later than 31 Oct 2010 to the address listed in the “From” section above, or fax it to (662) 434-2521:

- DD Form 2402 (Those individuals driving do not need to complete this form) Form is a PDF attachment.

- Either Fly-in registration form or Drive-in registration form with all requested information filled out
