Brief Description:
This seminar will be led by a retired US Air Force F-15C fighter pilot. Beverages and light snacks will be available. This is a two-hour seminar followed by a Q&A and 'Lessons Learned' discussion.
There will be an overview of Glass Panel (G1000) displays, use and capabilities. We will discuss the various autopilot capabilities and integrations during normal and abnormal flight operations. We will then discuss the advantages and disadvantages of glass panel operations to include risks associated with human factors such as task saturation, information overload, and fixation. We will share actual experiences and encourage attendees to share their experiences.
