Speaker Bill Tisdale, a Retired Air Force Master Navigator, 2,500 flying hours, 44 years Civil Aviation Experience, Total flight time approximately 4,500 hours, with FAA Air Traffic Control experience, Commercial Pilot, Glider, Airplane Single and Multi-engine Land, Instrument Airplane, Glider Instructor. Experience with air space use and requirements (VR, IR, MOA, Restricted Areas, ATCAA), LAS Class B Ad-Hoc Committee.
Next, meet an Air Traffic Controller from the LAS TRACON who will discuss issues that continue to occur here in our local airspace. Hear the latest info on the Class Bravo airspace, including transitioning the area, concerns for controllers, and how to NOT get a pilot deviation.
