  • It is the pilot’s responsibility to ensure the mechanic properly documents the aircraft’s return to service.

  • The return to service must be documented in the aircraft logbooks.

  • Flying aircraft that have not been properly returned to service is not only contrary to regulations but may very well pose significant safety hazards.

FAA safety Meeting tonight at Chickasha Municipal Airport terminal bldg.  If you drive, park in the short term parking next to the green terminal building.
Walk through the gate in the NW corner of the parking lot.
For those that attend in person, we will have some bottled water about 6 pm and a meeting at 6:30.
