Brief Description:

Dr. Michael Stretanski will discuss the High Climb Conundrum from EAA.  In this scenario, you will be flying a personally owned Beech Baron with a full IFR panel, including a Garmin IFR-certified GPS, and ADS-B.  Supplemental oxygen will be needed.  Then you start to experience a small issue.
