I have a strong background in Crew Resource Management skills and Risk Assessment/Mitigation Skills.

Currently Instructing in SMEL programs and Assisting/Consulting on Aviation Procurement and Safety Programs for Individual Pilots. Was the Manager and Asst Chief Pilot (S/MEL Part 141 Programs) of the largest DoD Aero Club in the world; the Wright-Patterson AFB Aero Club. Operated/maintained 25 aircraft and supervised 500 members and a staff of 100 full and part-time staff to include Office, Flight/Ground Instructors, 5 Full-time Maintenance personnel, and Safety and Supervisory positions. We flew over 10,000 hours per year when I was manager. Presented and ran most all monthly Safety Meeting for members.

Military Career: F-16 A/B/C/D and A-7 Combat Pilot. F-16 Instructor (Combat and Flying Training Unit) for 13 years. Standardization and Evaluation Flight Examiner for 12 years. Graduate of the USAF Accident Investigation School, Squadron Safety Officer, Functional Test/Flight Check Pilot, Supervisor of Flying, Top 3, Command Representative for flying operations, Certified USAF Ground Instructor. Upon retirement was hired by Lockheed-Martin to be a contract F-16 Simulator and Ground School Instructor for both USAF and Foreign Students.
