New Addition to the Agenda

The first 5 to 10 minutes will be a "Read-back."  We will revisit any questions or issues from a prior seminar and review any suggestions and correspondence during the past month.  There will also be a 10 minute break during the seminar.  Refreshments will be provided.

CRM, Crew Resource Management, is a popular concept spoken about frequently. But what is it?  Is it just challenge-response?  It is something more, much more.  Is it for the old experienced hides or can anyone benefit from it?  What about us little guys out here flying by our lonesome?  What have we got for CRM?  Come discuss what is at its core.

Find out why major airlines started to take CRM so seriously.  The accident record was fairly good as it should have been.  The airline management desperately needed to know how a perfectly qualified crew could fly a well maintained aircraft into the ground....

Continental Airlines initiated the training on Human Factors.

Hear Pete speak about how we came from good to better in the cockpit and how we can improve the management of our time, duties, and crew communications on our flights.
