This is Part 2 of the specially designed programs for those pilots who are flying banners and those pilots bases and living around the New Jersey shore area.

Human factors - we hear the term. What does it mean to us as banner tow pilots and pilots residing and flying in the New Jersey shore area?  How many decisions do we make each time we fly?  What aspects of Human Factors affect our ability to make safe decisions?  How does regency of experience enter into the mix?

The second topic will feature Weather and all aspects of weather trending, weather research and imparting a good working knowledge of flying conditions -weather wise of the east coast.  Very comprehensive program.
