If you fly into Scottsdale airport, and would like to learn information on what makes Scottsdale, Scottsdale come see our presentation.  SDL ATC and Airport management will be presenting information about the airspace and noise abatement procedures.  We will also be discussing and answering questions about best practices for entering and exiting Scottsdale's airspace.  Scottsdale's controllers will discus the congestion points, typical operations, and required phraseology.  Airport operations will talk and answer any questions about the noise abatement/sensitive areas for the airport.

Seats are limited so please RSVP ASAP.  The controllers and airport operations are going to try to do the same presentation, quarterly.  If you are unable to make this presentation, or the seminar is full please come visit us at our future presentations.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Dustin B.

Pilot airspace deviations continue to be a major risk in the national airspace system.  To reduce the chance that you might be involved in an airspace deviation incident, you are highly encouraged to take an on-line learning center course on http://www.faasafety.gov/.  Or search the learning library for associated guidance on airspace incursions.  Remember, safe and prudent airmen have superior situational awareness and have a plan to keep it that way.

Thanks!  A message from your local FAASTeam.
