EAA Chapter 174 is hosting this FAA Safety Team presentation after the November chapter meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend. The presentation will be made by FAA Safety Team Volunteer Tim O'Connor who is a rotorcraft CFI, AGI, experienced owner and pilot of light sport aircraft and author of a book and numerous articles on light sport flying.

Presentations include: Certification Operation of Light Sport Aircraft
Topics will include but not be limited to:
Transition training (up or down), planning and execution of first flights, reduction of fatal accident rates, what is a LSA, repairman certification and training, inspection of LSA and maintenance of LSA.
