John Welsh, FAA Safety Inspector for the CMH FSDO, will be speaking on how to
obtain your Special Airworthiness Certificate for your homebuilt aircraft. Learn what
the FAA's expectations are, the documentation you must have and what forms need to
be completed. John's focus will be on helping builders understand how to make sure
that they build an airworthy aircraft.
