Representatives from NOAA will brief the History of the SARSAT system, give an overview of the current system, discuss the future of SARSAT, and the benefits of PLB (personal locater beacons) and ELTs. Bonus: The NASA visitor's center will present Science on a Sphere at 6pm (prior to the start of the WINGs seminar).

Directions: Take the B.W. Parkway (Route 295) to Greenbelt Road (Route 193). Take Greenbelt Road East for ~2.5 miles. Turn left onto ICESat Road (formerly Soil Conservation Road). Make first left turn to the Visitor Center.
