Fred has been a safety counselor since 1973, an FAA speaker at both Oshkosh and SUN N' FUN safety forums since 76, very active in FAA FSS training programs, an ATP CFII-SMEL, was a DPE for SDL FSDO for several years, and currently the WINGS/FAAST Safety Program director for the Arizona Pilots Association. He also has 30 years FAA time; 10 years field time in FSS, 8 years Regional office time and 12 years Headquarters Branch, Division and Service levels. Fred was the Concept of OPS designer for the new Lockheed Martin FSS program, and the subject matter expert for the overall operational and training concept, the FS21 operational computer systems test director, and the transition designer and lead. He can usually answer any and all your questions. Fred says, "BRING IT ON"!
