This is the first Fly-in event presented by the Williamsport Regional Association of Pilots.  Fly-in begins at 10:00 am.  A tower tour or a Penn. Col. tour begins at 10:15 am.  At 11:00 am speaker Paul McBride will give the history of Lycoming engines from Cords and Duesenberg to the present aviation engines.  At 1:00 pm an FAA safety seminar by Dr. Paul Shuch (don't fly your glass cockpit into the ground).  2:00 pm will be speaker Ray Crist from Textron/Lycoming talking about "engine care & feeding", and at 3:00 pm we will have a tower tour and a Penn. Col. Aviation Tour.  All of the activities are free of charge.  Food will be available for purchase.
