How to fly VFR in and around the Chicago area and the Lake Shore.
With the world busiest airports, restricted areas, airline traffic, TV and police helicopters and some of the tallest buildings in the world, getting around the Chicago area can be intimidating to even the most experienced pilots. This seminar is designed to make life easier for you to navigate this area and see and do things that people travel from around the world to see and be safe while you are doing it.
- We'll take you to the Lake Shore
- Plot out day trips that offer sites and adventures
- Dinner flights - great food within a hour or less
And you can do it under Visual Flight Rules. This seminar goes into all the detail of navigation, who you communicate with, what you need to do to plan your trip, flight altitudes and answer your questions.
This event is sponsored by the Illinois Aviation Museum at Bolingbrook.
