Brief Description:
A new change to 14 CFR Part 5 extends the requirement for an SMS to all certificate holders operating under the rules for commuter and on-demand operations (Part 135), commercial air tour operators (Part 91.147), and certain manufacturers of aviation products (Part 21). Are you an air tour operator, Part 135 operator or aviation product manufacturer? If you are, then you will need an SMS by May 28, 2027. Part 121 Air Carriers have had this requirement for many years. This webinar covers the basics, and tells you where to find the resources.
