Brief Description:
During this webinar we will discuss trends being observed by new pilots; private, instrument, and commercial, that tend to cause concern in the aviation community. Many concerns are specific to regulatory non-compliance, while some are simple judgment errors with no ill-intent. Airline Transport Pilots and Flight Instructors pass their habits and processes to the next generation of pilots, whether intentional or by chance. It's important for Pilots and Flight Instructors to take stock of their actions and reflect on how those actions are being perceived by younger aviators. We call this Professionalism.
