- The appropriate frequencies for direction of flight,
- When to ask for services,
- Hand-offs,
- Flight following and
- What information you need to give the controller on initial contact.
ATC is a service for airmen. Bring your questions and concerns. Good communications between pilots and ATC means better familiarity and a better comfort level for the airman to use this airspace safely and effectively. Knowledgeable and professional interaction and full utilization of our airspace is a goal.
