The focus of this webinar is on small general aviation airports not served by formal Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) facilities.  The webinar is primarily intended for Fire, Police, Emergency Medical Technicians and other first responders who may not be familiar with light general aviation aircraft.  However, pilots, mechanics, and airport personnel may be the first to respond to an on-airport accident or incident and may benefit from this webinar.

Regardless of who first arrives at the scene, potentially hazardous conditions may exist, and these hazards can cause serious injury or even death to first responders.  This webinar identifies some of the potential hazards in an attempt to raise awareness so that first responders can avoid or mitigate the hazards.

Thanks to FAASTeam Reps Russ Kelsea and Rick Kloeppel for their outstanding contributions to this webinar.
