This seminar is presented by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Civil Air Patrol (Col. Robert Castle), National Weather Service, Precision Flight LLC, and your FAA Safety Team. Presenter Marco Bohorques is a National Weather Service Senior Meteorology Instructor assigned to the FAA Academy. Harry Weatherford is a former FSS Pilot Weather Briefer, retired Air Traffic Supervisor, and operates a flight safety and simulation school. Both presenters are instrument rated pilots.
