Jennifer Rodi, an Air Safety Investigator with the National Transportation Safety Board, will present this program on Maintenance Related Accidents, the statistics surrounding such accidents, and measures that can be taken to prevent them.

Directions to Venue:
From I-70, exit on Horizon Drive, travel north toward the airport. Enter the roundabout at the entrance to the airport, then take the first right turn on to Eagle Way. After exiting the roundabout, take the first right on Navigator's Way, then take the first left on S. Heritage Ct.; the CAF is on the right at the dead end. If you are flying in, park at the FBO (West Star Aviation); they'll give you a ride to the CAF.

As part of our ongoing monthly safety seminars, this free FAA Safety Program "WINGS" seminar focuses on aircraft accidents related to maintenance issues.

Jennifer Rodi, an Air Safety Investigator with the NTSB since 1998, will present the NTSB statistics regarding accidents that are due to maintenance issues, and provide suggestions on how to prevent them.
