This interactive program is presented by FAA Principal Operations Inspector Michael J. Floriani (Retired), from the PHL FSDO. 

Inspector Floriani will discuss the job functions, duties, and responsibilities of an FAA Principal Operations Inspector, review notable aviation cases he worked on during his time at the PHL FSDO, discuss best practices when pilot's and aviation professionals interact with FAA Inspector's, and answer any questions the attendees may have.
