Cathryn Stephens is Chairperson of the Oregon State Aviation Board (OSAB) which advises the Oregon Department of Aviation (ODAV) on policy, develops recommendations on key aviation issues and provides guidance to ODAV. Cathryn will provide more information about the board as well as details of funding sources, management of state-owned airports and grant programs to maintain airports across the state of Oregon.
