Brief Description:

After a brief review of a few regulations the topic will be an interactive deep dive into an Aviation Safety Reporting System report as filed by the CFI detailing the events which led to a runway incursion.  The audience will help identify and discuss those events, many things were a contributing factor. 

Speaker Gary Palmer is an FAA Safety Team Representative and a Commercial Instrument rated pilot with CFI, AGI, and IGI Ratings.
