Brief Description:

The effects of snow and ice on your aircraft during take-off can be deadly. We will discuss the "clean aircraft concept" along with the effect of such contamination. KFWA team members will explain the deicing options available to pilots. They will explain hold over times and the benefits of hangaring an airplane during bad weather along the importance of clear communication with line crew prior to deicing.

Fly into KFWA and taxi to the FBO-Aero Center or drive in and park at the Aero Center to receive directions to Hangar 2019, just South of the FBO- Aero Center.

This will be a one hour seminar, 1500-1600hrs.
