This Presentation Covers the STLI Model: Standards, Training, Leadership, and the Individual, as well as the Dirty Dozen Human Factors that can cause accidents. We will look at a few Accidents related to engine Maintenance, and discuss how the STLI model and the Dirty Dozen could have contributed to the accidents. In addition, the Aviation Safety Regulations and recordkeeping will be reviewed.
