Title:
KFCM Tower Tour For Private and Student Pilots
Topic:
Meet our friends up at KFCM Tower - do you see what I see?
Speaker(s):
Jeremy Hirsh, KFCM Tower Supervisor
Brief Description:
Break away from fall yard work and join us to meet our friends in the tower at Flying Cloud...what is it they see, how can we help each other, get your questions answered, how to request “over the top”, get a phone number (in a good way) and so much more! This experience is for student and private pilots, learn how the controllers can help you and vice versa. We are doing this as a group event so you can ask and learn from each other’s questions
A supervisor will give us a brief overview and we will have a Q&A. We can also talk to the controllers as their workload permits. Bring your questions or just join us for a conversation and see the view.
*No phones or photos allowed in the tower*
**Stairs are required for the tower portion of the tour; the tower is NOT ADA accessible**
This event is intended for non-instrument pilots. If you'd like to focus / ask questions on instrument practices please join us at the 11:30am event on the same day.
