Title:
VNAV And Visual Procedures - Helpful or Hidden Dangers?
Topic:
When To Use And Not Use VNAV And Visual Approaches
Date and Time:
Friday, July 28, 2023, starting at 16:00 Central Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Gary Reeves, ATP, Master CFI, CFII, MEI
Brief Description:

ForeFlight, Garmin and Avidyne have all introduced great new VNAV & Visual Approach features for IFR pilots.  But do you know the best ways and times to use them are the exception, not the rule.  Most good pilots and CFIIs use them incorrectly and too often which can increase workload and the chances of failed approaches, an FAA pilot deviation, and mid-air collisions. Come learn from the top expert who has more experience than any other instructor when and how you should best use these features.
