Flight Instructors, Aspiring Flight Instructors and Designated Pilot Examiners are invited to attend this Interactive Session. We will learn to Recognize Trends and Patterns of Behavior from an Examiners Perspective, and focus on the Risk Management Elements from the Airmen Certification Standards. We will discuss the following:
1. Profiles of Risk Behaviors, utilizing NTSB Reports
2. Safety Risk Management
3. Pilot Proficiency
4. The use of Aviation Technology while examining Human Factors
5. Challenges instructors face teaching clients how to incorporate best practices into their flying.
