As we accumulate more birthdays, our reaction time, mental processing, vision, cognitive abilities, and memory all degrades. All these parameters affect our flying and ability to operate safely. As part of the presentation an in depth discussion on how to identify the affects of these factors and methods to compensate for them will be discussed.
