Complacency - Safety's Worst Enemy

Is complacency silently creeping into your flying? Your host Steve Mesner, Certified Flight Instructor will discuss: Complacency can be hard to recognize and slowly start to replace sound judgment and flying skills. In this seminar, we'll review ways complacency starts to effect your flying habits, and how to identify the signs. We'll also explore how complacency feeds on confirmation bias and normalization of deviance. And lastly, we'll discuss ways to prevent complacency and up your flying game!
