The Seattle FSDO is looking for nominations for CFI of the Year!
The window is open until the end of November to submit nominations for the 2020 Certificated Flight Instructor of the Year Award. If you are interested in submitting a nomination for CFI of the Year, please go to www.generalaviationawards.com and submit your application by November 30th!
Eligibility
Flight Instructor (CFI) candidates must be working under FAR Part 61, 141 or 142. In addition, honorees must be actively working, within the United States. Honorees must hold current FAA airman certificates and must not have had an airman certificate suspended, revoked, subject to enforcement action during the preceding five years; or, have been convicted of a civil or criminal offense. Other Information
For more than 50 years, the program has recognized aviation professionals in the fields of flight instruction, aviation maintenance, avionics, and flight safety for their important contributions to the general aviation community. These awards highlight the important leadership roles these individuals play in promoting aviation safety, education, and professionalism.
The General Aviation Awards Program is a cooperative effort between many sponsoring organizations from the aviation industry and the FAA.
