Speaker(s):
Kevin Beardsley
Brief Description:

Join fellow pilots in an open forum dedicated to VFR flying.  Ask questions and share your experiences in a relaxed, social setting.  This monthly 2-hour forum is moderated by a Rainier Flight Instructor to ensure accurate information and interpretation of regulations, policies and safety.  Student pilots encouraged to attend as this is an opportunity for FREE ground knowledge.  All levels of pilots welcome.

Topic this month: Weather Products

You are likely familiar with METARs, TAFs and other common weather tools.  But what about Prog Charts, Lifted K Index and other weather tools?  There is a wealth of information available from a variety of sources but not helpful unless you use them properly.

Note that the total registration limit is for the in-person seminar only. You may also join us virtually through this Teams link.  It is not necessary to download software or create an account.  Simply request to join from lobby and we will admit you to virtual class. If you have any questions, please contact the event organizer.
