Title:
So You Want to Fly or Buy a Cirrus
Topic:
How to safely transition into and fly a Cirrus Aircraft, plus tips for buying one.
Date and Time:
Thursday, September 19, 2019, starting at 19:00 Pacific Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Max Trescott
Brief Description:

Whether you’re interested in learning how to safely transition into a Cirrus SR20 or SR22, or are interested in buying a new or used Cirrus aircraft, this seminar is for you. There is a lot of misinformation among pilots about Cirrus aircraft, and Max busts common myths about the planes’ parachutes, their spin capabilities, and accident rate, which has changed over the years and now is better than the overall GA total accident rate. He talks in detail about how to transition into a Cirrus, including some of the standard operating procedures taught to Cirrus pilots. He also talks about the many training resources available to pilots learning to fly a Cirrus. Max also talks about how to go about buying a new or used Cirrus. Although the seminar is primarily about the Cirrus SR20 and SR22, Max will talk about the single engine SF50 Vision Jet, which was the bestselling jet in 2018, if there are any attendees interested in transitioning into that aircraft.
