Easy entrance from Osbourne Street east of San Fernando Blvd.  Airpark Way is a bit east of the Airport Entrance.  Airpark Way Way is marked with the Cessna sign.  Just drive on Airpark for a minute or so and the Vista Aviation / Airport Administartion Building will be to your left.  Lots of free parking to both your left and right.
