Maja Smith from the National Transportation Board (NTSB) will lead a discussion concerning the Board's role in aircraft accident investigations, when and what to report, different types of aircraft accidents and steps taken from the time of the telephone notification until probable cause is published as well as the most common probable causes supported by select examples of accident investigations.
