Brief Description:

Powered pilots are invited to New Holstein to 'Meet the Gliders' and learn about gliders and glider operations at New Holstein.  The Wisconsin Soaring Society (WSS) has relocated to New Holstein for 2019 operations.  Come to learn when and where to look for gliders in the vicinity, how to interpret ground operational activities and increase safety by gaining the ability to anticipate towplane and glider actions.  

Many WSS members are both powered and glider pilots, and will be happy to answer questions.

Weather permitting, gliders and towplane will be available for hands-on inspection and introductory glider flights may be taken at a reasonable cost.
