Robert Reddeg, SOCAL TRACON NATCA Safety and Procedures Lead and SCT NATCA Coast Area Representative will speak about the goal of continuing to build a relationship with their partners on the other side. This effort is to make sure that everyone has the most up-to-date information from the ATC side of things in Southern California.

In addition to the current roles above, Robert has over 18 years of Air Traffic Control experience.   He started his ATC career in the US Navy in 1998 and was first assigned to the USS John C Stennis (CVN-74) and did 2 deployments to the Middle East.   After he completing 3 years there, he spent 5 years at NAS North Island working both tower and approach.   In 2009 he started his time with the FAA at SOCAL TRACON.   Since then he has been working in the Coast Area while serving multiple additional roles within SOCAL TRACON.
