Title:
The Seven Deadly Sins of Aviation
Topic:
A review of the most common things that get pilots into trouble.
Date and Time:
Thursday, April 4, 2019, starting at 19:00 Pacific Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Captains Gary Schank and Mike Jesch
Brief Description:

See instructions below for security procedures for all attendees.

Almost all General Aviation accidents can be reduced to Seven Deadly Sins. If we can address these major problem areas, stare them in the face and mitigate them, we can go a long way to reducing our regrettable accident rate in general aviation.

Please join Captains Gary Schank and Mike Jesch in an open, honest, and humorous exploration of the most common ways that many pilots come to grief in our little airplanes. With fifty-plus years of experience in the airline world, and multiple opportunities to challenge the real world of flying airplanes, our speakers will delve into the pilot mindsets that result in unsuccessful outcomes.

There will be time for Q&A after the presentation.
