This is a CLOSED EVENT for Red Wing Soaring Association glider pilots at their annual safety meeting.
Risk Management is a high priority initiative of the FAA; it is incorporated into the Airman Certification Standards and CFIs are encouraged to incorporate risk management into flight reviews. Attendees will learn to identify, manage, and mitigate risks when flying gliders. Pilots will learn from real life scenarios through audience participation.
