Title:
Why we fly CIrrus - Discuss Parachute Pull in Wisconsin
Topic:
Why we fly Cirrus - Discuss the recent parachute pull in Wisconsin and human factors.
Date and Time:
Tuesday, March 5, 2019, starting at 18:00 Central Standard Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Charlie Smith
Brief Description:

Cirrus designed an aircraft with extra safety features because we are human.  If we were perfect without flaws, none of these safety features would be needed.  But the truth is we all react differently and have a different level of recurrent training.  We will analyze and discuss a recent parachute pull within Wisconsin and hear an emotional first hand recount of the pilot.  The video we will be watching is courtesy of IMC Club, used with permission.  This is not an official IMC Club event but mimicks one very closely.
