Title:
Causal Factor Analysis More Useful than RCA?
Topic:
1 Hour Session on Causal Factor Analysis More Useful than RCA?
Date and Time:
Tuesday, March 5, 2019, starting at 12:00 Eastern Standard Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Susan Cadwallader
Brief Description:

When organizations conduct safety investigations, their purpose should be to prevent the hazard or incident from happening again. Often, root cause analysis (RCA) falls short of this goal because it may ignore more actionable causal factors. Join us to learn the causal factor analysis technique, including how easy it is for people to read and understand a report that uses this format.
