Title:
Ice During Flight
Topic:
Managing the hazards of aircraft icing during take-off, cruise and landing.
Date and Time:
Thursday, October 25, 2018, starting at 19:00 Eastern Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Chri Dumont
Brief Description:

Getting ready for winter!  At this event you will learn about aircraft icing, why it forms on aircrafts and what to do about it.  Aircraft icing during flight can be catastrophic.  It disrupts the flow of air over the aircraft diminishing the wing's maximum lift and propellors' thrust thereby reducing the angle of attack for maximum lift, which in turn, adversely affects an aircraft's handling characteristics while significantly increasing drag.  Don't miss this exclusive event.  Click on the link below and register today.
