Brief Description:
Aircraft maintenance and inspection records are vital to the airworthiness determination of any aircraft. In fact, the validity of an FAA Aircraft Airworthiness Certificate is predicated on the owner/operators ability to prove the aircraft has been properly maintained. FAA will review the regulatory requirements established for aircraft maintenance recordation and some best practices associated with aircraft record keeping.
