DPE and Master CFI Woody Minar researched five accidents involving friends of his that happened locally and discusses the Swiss cheese causal factors that lead up to them. One of the accidents involved a plane in which HE was instructing in. The accident airplanes involve a twin engine, a single engine seaplane, a light sport, a high performance single engine land, and a tailwheel. Learn how to avoid being a statistic.
